|Daryl Johnson grew up on a cattle ranch about 40 miles north of Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, and started his career at MCI, then a major telecommunications company, as a member of its web development team.
He has also worked as Senior Engineer and Manager at Arthur Anderson Business Consulting’s advanced technology integration practice, and at global business technology risk consulting firm Protiviti.
Daryl caught the marketing bug during his six years sourcing global products as Vice President of Operations and IT at RMS, a large incentive marketing company. He founded Frontier Marketing in 2009 and has been helping companies and healthcare professionals improve their sales ever since. Daryl holds multiple certifications, including those in Google AdWords, BingAds, and Google Analytics.
Daryl loves the outdoors and goes fishing or hunting whenever he gets the chance. He is active in his local church and lives in Flower Mound, TX with his wife and four children.
|Brett Spencer was born in Enid, OK and graduated from Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. Between 1990 and 1995, he performed veterinary services at three veterinary practices in Oklahoma and Texas. In 1995 he used his love of horses and his business sense to open Midpoint Equine Medical Center (MEMC), a full-service, one-doctor, horse veterinary practice in Tioga, TX.
Last year Brett opened Hooves and Paws Pet Hospital, a new construction in Aubrey, TX that he merged with MEMC. Hooves and Paws is a 6,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art veterinary medical facility for large and small animals alike.
Brett’s business sense and success has enabled him to serve his community. He’s a member of the Aubrey Area Chamber of Commerce, AVMA, AAEP, and TEVA. He holds licenses to practice veterinary medicine in Texas, Oklahoma, and Ohio.
When Brett isn’t caring for animals and managing his business, he loves spending time with his family: wife, Tara, and children, Kristin and Kordell. He has been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Gainesville, TX for 16 years, holding many different positions and leading and participating in bible studies, therapy, and overcomers’ support groups.
After 25 years of veterinary practice and 20 years of owning and managing veterinary practices, Brett has learned many things, from how to communicate with people and provide quality service to how to manage finances and look for future growth and development. He’s learned how to strategize for business enlargement, develop new business ventures, and manage personnel. His business growth has been driven by customer loyalty, satisfaction, and communication; attention to customer needs and details; the development of new revenue streams; and the construction of new facilities.
|David Grgurich was raised and went to school in Ewing, Missouri, graduating from Highland High School in 1977. Not long after, he moved his life and ambitions to Texas.
In 1988 he became a partner and manager of Creson Haven Ranch in Valley View, Texas, where he still works today. David is proud to have operated the top-selling cow/calf operation and to have developed several initiatives for Creson Haven Ranch’s cows’ best interests, including a herd nutrition program and a cattle vaccine schedule.
Just one year after starting work at Creson Haven Ranch, David applied his diverse interests to Moonlighting Inc. in Carrollton, Texas. Today he is Moonlighting Inc.’s owner and general manager. He directs and manages daily operations, manages all assets, and designs all job plans for consumers, among other duties.
In 2008 David became a partner with ADJ Investments, which is based in Powderly, Texas. With a focus on real estate investments, he coordinates with associates regarding current and future assets and designs short- and long-term real-estate investment strategies.
|Hans Chaddick was born in Mannheim, Germany and traveled extensively throughout Europe before relocating to the U.S. in 1965. He attended multiple schools in the U.S. and college at UTEP in El Paso, Texas.
Hans was raised by a single, immigrant mother, who was also an entrepreneur and instilled in him an old-school work ethic and a desire to own his own business. His drive to work hard and succeed never left Hans, following him throughout his working life.
His careers have included entrepreneurship, insurance sales, restaurant and hotel food and beverage management, and business/operational turn-around experiences. Currently, he brings his passion and experience to Conflagration Ventures, LLC, a commercial real estate development and leasing company, and OpenGate Technologies, which focuses on hardware sales, service, and acquisition. He is proud to occupy influential positions at both companies: managing partner at Conflagration Ventures and CEO and President of OpenGate Technologies.
Hans is certain to never let work consume his life and enjoys spending time with his family at their home in Whitesboro, Texas. He has been married to Dana for 22 years, and they have 3 children: Zachary and Savannah, age 19, and Weston, age 15.
A well-seasoned and proven sales and operations leader, Hans offers success in business growth, cost reductions, and advanced business strategies and planning. He is comfortable at all levels of corporate structure and familiar with corporate and business decision-making processes. He is also highly driven to achieve customer loyalty and satisfaction while bringing to the table experience with project management and implementation and the deployment of technologies and services.
|David Bruce graduated from Van Alstyne High School and attended Grayson County Junior College and Christian Bible College in Rocky Mount, NC . After graduation from high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.
Following basic training, he was assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Kanohe Bay (in Hawaii) and served as a crew chief/plane captain on a CH-53D helicopter.
In 1986 he attended and graduated from the Panhandle Regional Law Enforcement Academy and entered service with the Whitewright, TX police department, where he remained for just under two years.
David left law enforcement for several years to devote himself to full-time ministry. In 2005 the call of the force drew him back, and he was hired by the Aubrey, TX police department. He is an asset to his community, holding Advanced Peace Officer credentials, a Sexual Assault Special Investigator License, and an Instructor Certificate, all with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
Today David is thankful to do two of the things he loves most: working as a sergeant on active duty with Aubrey’s police department and as Pastor of The Vine fellowship.
|Thomas Lima is a 20-year veteran of the computer software industry. He has worked in numerous fields of software development, design, programming, and graphics. He started out in the video game industry, founding Future Vision (later DigiFX) and designing “Command Adventures: Starship.” It shipped over 250,000 copies, which, at the time, was an extremely large release. He also contributed to the Luxor game franchise with Mumbojumbo. Released in April 2005, the first Luxor game surpassed over 40 million downloads by 2006.
Thomas has worked on numerous TV and movie projects, including Chuck Norris projects, for clients such as Media World Dallas, Icom Multimedia, 7-11, Coca-Cola, Four Seasons, Discovery Channel, and more.
Currently, he is the Co-Owner of XLR8R Studios, which focuses on legal software, graphics, court exhibits, and custom programming. He has authored numerous custom courtroom programs for displaying and clarifying information to juries and judges. He specializes in converting complex information into understandable, straightforward displays.
